RELAXATION OF THE SERBIAN VISA REGIME

(Commencing on 8. November 2014. / 3. June 2022.)

1. According to the latest relaxation of the Serbian Visa Regime all foreign nationals, including Iranian citizens, bearers of valid national passports may enter, transit and reside in the Republic of Serbia WITHOUT PREVIOUSLY OBTAINING AN ENTRY VISA under the condition that they posses:
a) a valid SCHENGEN VISA
b) a valid national visa of any EU member state
c) a valid UNITED KINGDOM visa
d) a valid UNITED STATES OF AMERICA visa

Period of stay in Serbia: up to 90 days within a period of six (6) months or within the validity period of visas mentioned under a), b), c) and d).

Applicants holding SINGLE ENTRY VISAS may enter Serbia ONLY ON THEIR WAY to the a), b), c), or d) visa issuing country.

2. According to the latest relaxation of the Serbian Visa Regime all foreign nationals, including Iranian citizens, bearers of valid national passports may enter, transit and reside in the Republic of Serbia WITHOUT PREVIOUSLY OBTAINING AN ENTRY VISA under the condition that they posses A VALID RESIDENCE PERMIT in:
a) any member country within the SCHENGEN ZONE
b) any member state of the EUROPEAN UNION
c) UNITED KINGDOM
d) UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Period of stay in Serbia: up to 90 days within a period of six (6) months.

EXEMPTIONS: Relaxation of the Serbian Visa Regime DOES NOT APPLY to foreign nationals, bearers of Laissez-Passe (Emergency Travel Document) or other travel documents issued in accordance with international conventions.

It is recommendable to contact the Embassy if in doubt or to ascertain the level or Serbian Visa Regime relaxation applicable in each individual case.
