At the invitation of the Institute for Political Studies, Аmbassador gave a lecture on "Narcoterrorism - a threat to international security".
The lecture was designed so that the first part concerned the theoretical settings and the emergence of the term narcoterrorism, the other on terrorist groups in the world that are partly financed by illegal drug trafficking, and the third on the knowledge that the terrorist organization KLA financed the illegal drug trafficking , i.e. in which way the Albanian narcotics work in the region and in the world.
The Ambassador informed the present professors and listeners about the Strategy on the Prevention of Drug Abuse 2014-2021. year, adopted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, as well as on the cooperation that the Republic of Slovenia has with other countries in the fight against drug trafficking.
