Entry in Iran for citizens of the Republic of Serbia holders of ordinary passport

From February 5, 2024, citizens of the Republic of Serbia holders of ordinary passports can travel to Iran without visa, for tourist purposes, up to 15 days in 6 months, without the possibility of extension. For other purposes of travel a visa is required.

 


PARTICIPATION IN THE TREE PLANTING CEREMONY ORGANIZED BY THE CITY OF TEHRAN

Chargé d'Affaires a.i. Dejan Perisic took part in the "Planting trees of peace and diplomatic friendship" ceremony, at which the heads of missions planted trees in one nearby park. The ceremony was organized by the city of Tehran regarding the upcoming Nowruz (Iranian New Year – 20th of March 2024).

On that occasion, city officials presented data on parks in Tehran, afforestation of mountains in the vicinity of the capital and in general on plans for the development of Tehran in various areas to the diplomatic representatives.

 

 


Decision on termination of the validity of the Decision on the abolition of visas for entry into the Republic of Serbia for the nationals of the Islamic Republic of Iran, holders of ordinary passports

At its meeting of 8 October, 2018, the Government of the Republic of Serbia issued a Decision on termination of the validity of the Decision on the abolition of visas for entry into the Republic of Serbia for the nationals of the Islamic Republic of Iran, holders of ordinary passports. The Decision is published in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 75/18 dated 9 October, 2018 and enters into force on 17 October, 2018. From that date on, visas will be required for citizens of IR Iran, holders of ordinary passports, for entry, transit and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
